Why MIND MKE?

Over half of Americans are stressed out.

77% of people are dealing with burnout.

One-third of adults are not getting enough sleep.

These realities negatively impact everything—relationships and work, community and daily interactions, and so much more.

I started MIND MKE in response to these dynamics—to elevate wellbeing in our lives, communities, and workplaces.


I equip people with a self-sufficient meditation practice (which massively improves mental health), foster wellness at work through workshops and other offerings, and promote wellbeing in order to help Milwaukee’s leaders, creators, and changemakers reconnect with their inner lives and reclaim their purpose so they can be more impactful and fulfilled in life and work.
